Can't say that I've ever had a problem with customer service........but I do agree that their prices tend to be a bit on the high side.
There have been many comments that online purchases are cheaper than PW.....it isn't just PW, online purchases are, in most cases, less expensive than any of the stores in town.
I'm not trying to defend PW........but everyone has a bad day every once in while......maybe Jesse was in the wrong place at the wrong time. And got his head bitten off for no good reason. Still doesn't make it right, but were all human....we all make mistakes.
And is it really surprising that most of the employees knew nothing of the credit?.......that's a result of poor bookkeeping. If the store is going to sell stuff on consignment, clear records need to be kept to avoid these types of issues.......we now all know NOT to sell stuff on consignment at PW.

I've always have had great service at PW. I feel more comfortable there then Coral Reef on Anthony. Everytime I go in there the guy is standing there talking policics with someone and doesn't even say hi or ask if I need help. The one time he did talk to me he said "if you want something you need to speak up". I work in retail and this isn't how we offer customer service if we want people to return. Bet I've walked out of there 4-5 times and went to PW and spent my money.

I live really close to PW. THis is not the first time I have had bad service. But when someone tells yo to get the "f" put of there store. I am sorry. Not to mention my daughter was there. I will not support a store that does that. I will not support a club that supports a place like that as well. I feel very strongly about this. Everyone has their choice and opinions. I understand that. This just so happends to be mine.
This has nothing to do about prices and or stock. IT is simply customer service. Well to be direct. ITs pretty much Mike. Ben has always been pretty civil. He seems like a calm guy trying to make a buck with his business. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars in this store. I used to stop in every week sometimes a couple times a week. Heck their are times I used to stop in a couple times a day if I needed something. And this is how I get treated. I dont think so. Never again will this happen. I can promise you that. If this is a problem with club members just let me know. I will gladly step out. Just want that to be clear.
