Looking great Steve! Make sure you remove the film on the acrylic shields before you fire up those Powermodules. This is really getting exciting now - congratulations!

Wow, look who is posting. Great to see you again Mike. :D i have been busy with the move as well as planning to put the tank together.

Junior, thank you so much for the kind word. The reason i design this way cuz i had promised the wife that i will not drill into the wall. The light rack is something i always want to have since it works well in my 240g cube...

I have an offer for 4.5" male cross hatch trigger for a good deal so i pick one up as well as 2 super male Hawaii Flames and 8 females. The wrasse will be hella happy since each will have 4 girls ....

I think the rockwork looks good; hard to tell with no light though.:D Just a little tip from when I was a trim man in a former life. Use a ten penny finish nail to find each edge of a stud, then you know where the center is. Use the handle of the hammer to tap on the wall or ceiling. You'll notice the sound change to a more solid thud as you get close to the stud. When you get in the general area you can then drive the nail ( not all the way in, just until you hit something solid and then pull it back out and mark) into the wall until you hit the edge of the stud, then measure over 1 1/2 inches to find the other edge of the stud and drive the nail again to confirm, then you know where the center is with some very small holes to fill instead of big ones. Hope that made sense and helps!

Lot's of nice flat areas to place HUGE corals....!! and lot's of holes for fishes too...

However, IMO, I think the right side looks too flat?? You might want to see if you can elevate some rocks around to give it some highs/ lows...

The light rack will not be as nice without your advice on the rail system Chris. Thank you..

Hey Steve have you thought about doing pillars with the rock that you have. I love the huge flat pieces to ad SKIMMER holy crap see you are another one who believes in SIZE MATTERS

I did thought about the pillar but it is really hard since all my rock are very big. Two of them on top of each other will stick out of the water.. I want to over size on equipment to prep for the future tank lol :D
