Just getting caught up on your posts and I see your lights are on. Congratualtions, it looks great and it explains why the lights in the city dimmed for a second last night. :p

Are those reflectors really that much better than the Lumen Max Elites or Lumenarcs?

Its just bigger reflector and look different..

It looks really nice Steve! I see a thread-split on the horizon! :D

Leonardo

Look like it going to split today. Thank you Leonardo

The tank will be done this Sunday with the acrylic cover for the light rack, install all the T-5 bulbs, get the last MH up and running and hopefully some fish.

My friend DanW will come over on sunday to help tuning the ACJr... Amazing how i go with all the top notch stuff but my controller is the base line? I don't do well with high tech controller :D

I don't think I would have ever thought of that solution to make a bulb filt a socket. Thanks for the idea, Sparky. :D

Sparky like the electrical fire from those modified sockets? ;)

JK Steve,,,,, I hope.

Please don't scare me....:D

WOW, looks great with the lights on bro!!!

So sorry to hear about your Sfiligoi issues... seems to be a 50/50 chance (or worse) with these damn things...

Tanks looking great Steve...

Honestly, for that much money per reflector, and the total money spent with that company, they should be sending a tech out to fix it on site.

Anything short of that, i would be boxing it back up and demanding a refund.

For that kind of money, you could have something custom made to whatever specs you want, and have money left over.

I almost pulled the trigger on a 12 bulbs 60" stealth the other day....

definitely not going that route now....

Hope it all works out for you.

Junior, all i ask from the MFG is to refund the money for the CUSTOM paint job and replace the 2 Ushio bulb that i broke because of their socket. I am waiting on WILL from Aquarium Obsessed to reply to my offer. I do plan on packing up all the pendants and send it back to AO but WILL has been working hard to get the situation fix. Now i don't need them to fix the socket for me anymore because it will drag longer and longer with Sfiligoi in Italy. I feel bad for WILL because Sfiligoi (Alessandro) decided to take a trip to Germany and left him behind to deal with my problem on his own.

IMO, AO should reconsider about bringing in Sfiligoi unless Sfiligoi willing to work on their crap-menship (:D) a bit better. All the screw head on my pendant have marks on them from over tork, in another word they all busted... BTW, that is a brand new pendant....

Looking forward to see all the lights up and running.

Just got my last 6305 in today - didn't know that it uses a Titanium alloy shaft. I would be more impress if it uses Titanium Shaft :mixed:
