love the new name of the pendants:)

Do you know how i come up with the name? I have to cut 3 sockets with the dremel and accidentally cut myself couple times and you know what we always say when we accidentally did something.... :D

tank looks gorgeous steve! i have found with all high end "cutting edge" equipment there is a certain amount of BS involved... hardly anything from any manufacturer works as advertised from the get go... (i won't name names!) kudos to you for having the patience and determination not to let the turkeys get you down and get your tank up. you've got to be enjoying that bright tank right about now... :-)

Because that's not my style.
:)

I love helping others (just as so many have helped me...) so if anyone wants to PM me a specific question they are always welcome to do so.

The nice thing about capitalism is that businesses that don't serve their customers will eventually disappear.

Steve's experience speaks for itself. I'm surprised someone from Sfiligoi or AO hasn't chimmed in. I have a pair of the Exaggerate Twin fixtures and while there were some issues, all were resolved quickly. The bulbs *are* a tight fit, but I haven't broken any bulbs... I run Radiums and Geismann 14.5K.

Tony, thank you. Honestly i am about to send everything back and demand a refund but WILL has been working with me on the issues. He is going to talk to Alessandro to refund me back some money for the flaws that they have.

I totally agree with you on the high end equipment with the lack of customer service behind it...

Tony, may be you should try Ushio..... You may ended up cutting the socket...

I would be hot,if I had to cut anything on a 1000+ dollar pendant

and I was actually really considering buying 3 of these, NOT no more:D

Paul, the light spread really nice as long as you are not asking for a custom paint job... My paint job look like a 90 yrs old person (all wrinkling) :D

After the 3 light up and running, i really don't think i need the T-5. The coverage is awesome...
