return the new tank for 120x48x36 :D, tank look good. i don't know how you can wait till May. you're ready for water now, few backpaks and skimmers .

No water till May... With all the thing going on with my work and home time should go by very fast... Still waiting on the stand and Canopy...

The wife will kill me for sure if i go with such large tank :D

The tank is looking good! Do you have to build the box to ship it or will the mover? I bet your wife is dynamite in a small package from what you say ;). I can't wait to see this when you finally get it set up in Colorado. Good luck with the move, and thanks for what you do.

The mover will build the box for the tank. My wife is very nice if i don't ****ed her off too bad. I think she is reasonable. Just me who is being ridiculous about the tank size.... But she can yap all she want :D i still love her tho

tank looks great Steve, can't wait to see how those ext. waveboxes work out.

Now will he build a box to go around the WB"s and you will just have the holes and the WB will pull water in through the pump output? Or will he router out a box shape in that side panel?

Do you have any pics of one that has been done before? I'm thinking I am a little confused. Guess I better figure it out before James does mine :D

Eric, can you imagine how much room you are going to have for the SPS, LPS or softies and fish :D. Would love to own that tank some day but first i need to make it good with the 8x4x2 first :D

Chad, i think one of us got very confused or may be i have been feeding too much information without proper picture or explanation.

He is going to build a box just like the overflow box except the teeth. The water will feed through the output of the pump during off cycle. As you notice the wavebox is on/off in every couple sec interval.

You can tell James to build your box 10long x 6" wide x 12" tall, the pump nozzle is 1.5" (hole saw size)....

So Steve, how will you seal the wavebox to the tank? and the waveboxes aren't water tight , will you silicone the bottom piece in? What about when you have to pull the wavebox pump to clean or replace it? Will you have to drop the tank water down 10" or so???
BTW the tank looks very cool! I love the eurobrace.

Tanya, The screen on top is for air but if you put the box low into the water level it will filled the box through the top :D

Chris, The box will be clue to the tank via Weldon just like an overflow box as well as the bottom. The pump will be load and remove through the top opening that is why i made the box almost 2" larger then the actual wave box so i can remove the pump without remove the bottom piece. I will use a piece of acrylic or even a piece of PVC to place in the back of the pump to secure and keep it in place :D. It sound very complicated but very simple....

when will you have pics of the completed ext. wavebox? maybe I can give James a link to your thread so he can see what I am trying to do......well copy :D
