Steve now you really got everyone work up on the supermod waveboxes :D. why release the secrets now, should have waited 2010 .

Chad, the tank will be deliver on Friday after he add the two wave boxes. I will use the Wavy sea tunze holder for my power head not the wavy sea unit. I think the 6301 will break the unit in the first 30mins.

Bart, it is not a super mod waveboxes like Anthony talking about. Just a regular box with two tunze wavebox pump inside. Hopefully it will work well or else i will have 4 large holes on the tank with two boxes :D

Will get together with John this weekend for the stand and Canopy.... The stand will be in 4 pieces 24Lx48wx42 tall, the Canopy should be around 96x48x12 tall.

alright enough is enough.....where's the updates?? :D

I like the rounded corners. Maybe like a Elos swoosh it would be cool to have him engrave a $ sign in the upper corner :D .

Chad

I will do leak test, also test out the wave boxes tomorrow. I do have a question tho.

My garage is not level, is it ok to fill up the tank without any harm to the acrylic?

Looks great, Steve! I hope you picked up a 6101 along with all your pumps ;). I think if you're just doing a leak test, and then you drain the water, it won't matter too much.

to be safe get a sheet of pink foam at HD. placed wood on the floor first then foam. Steve now thats what i called a frag display. can i do the same thing on my display :D? by the time you get all the equipments, the car need to be outside

wow, looks great...like the rounded corners on the verticle front. wave boxes tured out sweet

I'd be careful filling w/ water especially if the floor would put a twist on the tank. How far off is the floor?

Chad

Chad the floor is a little bit off but i contact ATA and they said it fine :). They have a tall tank at their shop approx 96lx30wx60t and the floor off by 1/2"-3/4". The tank has been up and running for a few years now. I do not want to take a change but i don't want to lift up the tank by myself either :D. At the same time, i don't want to wait till i get to CO then figure out the monster is leaking on me :D.

Ed, the next update will be the stand and float canopy :D

Bart, I have to go with 24", i want to be able to reach the bottom for cleaning.

very clean setup!!! awsome design on the stealth waveboxes!!! i was wondering how you will adjust the height of the waveboxes? i guess you can just adjust the waterlevel by blocking off the teeth with an piece of acrylic if you need too. great job!

Terry, thank you for the kind word. I don't need to adjust the water level but if i do, i either blocking the teeth or just raise the durso.

Terry (T-boned) the tank being filled with tab water as we speak. Should take couple hrs but that is the benefit i get for not paying for h2o :D

Alright, I probably have enough time to go get a Starbucks then before you post updated pics. Does your camera do video? Cool to see how much of a wave this thing does? May even have the occasional "Rogue" wave??

O'ya and last night I went back a couple pages and saw your Hawaii pic. The wife has definitely got it going on but dang....sorry to see such a young guy loose his hair so early in life  :D . Just kidding Brutha
