:lol2: :lmao: Ghetto is my middle name! Jar*head (Steve) is the guy who got me hooked onto BK's. I was an ER guy for 8 years prior. It was painful to pay for that skimmer! But, thanks to my bud Steve, I didn't pay several thousand. He hooked me up with a great deal

Kar - cup holds 3 liters. I wish it held 4 gallons!

Yeah thats what i mean litres not gallons lol. So i wasnt far off, It would have to be a pretty mean skimmer to hold 4gal!

Ya know, Steve and I have been trying to figure that out.
The box is welded/siliconed to the back of the overflow so it doesn't come out that way.
The Streams are too big to pull through the 2" bulkhead up top.
So we have decided that it has to be one of two things.

1. You pull them out the front which seems horrible pulling the cable ends through saltwater.

2. The whole top comes off in a manner we can't see.

BTW, that's 4 days worth of skimmin with a dirty neck! I'm playing around with my skimmer right now, and wanted to see how efficient it is. Not Bad! If you look at the tick marks on the right-side of my *professionally-applied* painter's tape , you can see 4 days of semi-wet skimmate with a clean neck.
