Still Dealing With Copper

I can't seem to get my Cu levels below 0.05 mg/L (AWT). The problem is that copper piping runs throughout the house and my current 5-Stage SpectraPure 2000 RO/DI can't bring it down any further. This unit is probably 15 years old, by the way, so I'd think an upgrade may be in order regardless. But is it likely that one of the newer units (SpectraPure or another brand) could help take it down further...perhaps with one or two add on cartridges, maybe?

Oh, and my incoming water measured at 91.1 ppb.

RODI should be able to take that out. If your current RODI isn't doing it then the DI resin is spent and should be replaced and the membrane should be looked at. If it is still a problem hen an extra cation exchange stage will get it for sure. But with less than 100ppb to begin with you shouldn't have to go that far.
