I am heading down to Terre Haute, IN this weekend and thought I remember reading something about a must see store down there.

Anyone know anything about it. Name, Number, Location???

Thanks,

Tony

Inland Aquatics is what I think you're looking for. Google the name for their website. It's a cool place! Make sure you ask to go in the back where all of their large tubs and fish holding tanks are. It blew me away when I first time I saw it. Worth seeing.

Small world. My gf lives down in Terre haute and i go there almost every weekend. The town itself is kind of boring but the store you have heard of is called Inland aquatics, i dont really know there address so just go to their website and get it off there. Its really easy to get to, if you come into town on 41 you just do a couple turns and end up at Inland. Do yourself a favor and ask for the tour. Its not the most amazing displays or the best setup, but their selection is huge, specially if you go to the back. You might also want to visit atlantis aquarium(i think thats the name) not sure on where it is but you can ask someone in town. I liked a couple of the fish they had in there and they just moved to a much bigger building.

I grew up there and moved to chicago about 20 years ago. Wow! I'm getting old. Anyway, making my way back down to visit some family and I wanted to check it out.

Thanks!

I will be moving down there before the end of the year so i guess we are kind of switching places. I grew up in Mexico and mostly here(chicago).

So, what's the verdict on this place? I have to go down to IN on business tomorrow and I may make a slight detour. Is it worth the trip?

Definately worth the trip. But plan on spending an hour, it will take that long to see everything.

An hour? Are you joking? I'm packing a lunch. They will have to ask me to leave when they turn off the lights.

yes they are an hour later, how far into Indiana are you going? if your going to indianapolis try and go to Premium aquatics, if your going to inland its going to be an extra 40-50 minutes on the highway to get there.
