Stream 3 noisy wobble unable to control flow rate

Just tried out my new stream 3 in my tank yesterday
rotor wobbling loudly and violently the moment I turned it on.

Unable to control flow rate or turn it down to 0 flow. Is this even possible or just minimum flow rate?

I removed the rotor and weight bearing disc
Everything looks OK.

Reassembled it.

Still the same problem.

The parts look good, was the drive unit fully installed? You have to push very hard and when in all the way none of the magnet is above the hole. You should not use 0% power with this model, the pump takes some time to restart and stopping it results in a delay that is longer than the pulse.
