Stream problem

I have a 6060. I got it about 6 weeks ago. It occasionally(once per day) makes a grinding noise while putting out no water. I took off the cover and nothing was there. I am assuming that the noise is the motor running whithout the impeller rotating. What is the solution to this problem? Thanks. BTW Roger, are you still at Aquatek? Jason

I should add that the problem is solved by unplugging and replugging the unit. It will grind indefinitely if I dont.

It sounds like some part isn't aligned properly. A couple months ago I sold AquaTek to Bruce and Aaron. I juts don't have the time anymore and it only makes sense that those in authority also have the most to lose. Bring the pump in and I'll go pick it up and have it back either later the same day or next morning. I will be at AquaTek on the 26th for that big sale they are having to show the new Tunze products.
