Streams not working

Well I just ordered 2 more from Marine Depot, but my question is this: I followed the instuctions and did a viniger/ water did to clean the pump, now the pump is not working, it's just making the noise like something is stuck in it. I current ly have six streams on my 240G, and this I have done w/2 6200 and 1 6100. Am I doing something wrong, they are still covered under warranty.

Pay special attention to the upper bearing, which is at the bottom of the hole and has the red oring on it. 90% of the time the cause is this piece is fused to the magnet.
