+1

I have a autotopoff dot com setup if you need to borrow it. It's the dual float setup. I'm in Lauderhill.

I hear ya man. My Apex just went down. Have to take everything apart now and send in the components to them to diagnose/repair. Back to manual everything for me for the foreseeable future.

When it rains it pours, just hang in there and the clouds will part soon enough. We all get hit with a tidal wave of issues and it seems like you don't get a chance to recover from one before the next is here.

+1 Its things like this in the hobby that makes us stronger and survivors. Hang in there. It'll all be good in the long run.

Thanks guys for all of the support!

I picked up the Jebao pump from Carlos today. When I got home and went to install it I saw that I had received an email from Coralview suggesting that I swap out my power supply. I tried it with the power supply I had from the last exchange they made, and the pump came to life. So for now I have the return pump going again but still need to figure out the top off situation.

Marvin thank you for the the offer. Not sure if I can get up to Broward this week to get it, but it would be great. How much are you looking to get for it or is it a temporary loaner?

Thanks again everyone

Marvin, I could bring the auto top off down to Stylo if you are offering it as a loaner. I could also bring it back to you.
I work with Stylo so I am trying to help.

Sounds good. It's ready to go. I'm home pretty much the rest of the day. I don't live that far from Matt.

Thank you both very much. I was able to get the ATO installed quickly and it worked flawlessly. I came back from the trip and found everything stable and well. Thanks again. It's very encouraging to know that my friends in the reefing community care enough to be there in times of need.

[ QUOTE=Stylo328;22611173]Thank you Wayne. Camping trip was a dud, got totally rained-out. But we made the best of it.[/QUOTE]

Mudding is always a second option.

HAHA, You too? Where'd you guys go? We were in Labelle. :deadhorse:

We went to Ocala to mountain bike at Santos trail. Drove 10-hours for a total of two hours of cycling. Lol

Wound up having to toss two tents in the trash.

Thinking of going with the Eureka Tetragon 10. Any experience with Eureka tents?

Glad it worked out for you. I've been fortunate to have several hobbyist help me out. It's always great when I can help others.

Now post up some updated pics :) lol

Hello everyone. It's been far too long since my last update. Much has happened in our lives since I last wrote.

We underwent a complete remodel of the house, relocated the tank, suffered through two alkalinity crashes, enjoyed a promotion at work, and lived through a whole lot of trials and tribulations.

The two tank crashes were really a result of the relocation of the tank and all of the construction that we had going on at the house. The tank was consistently either covered in drop cloths or saturated with construction dust. In the relocation we lost a few fish and a few corals but it seems that everything that is still in the tank is bouncing back.

I've added a kalk reactor to the tank and it has helped to stabilize things a bit. I also reduced the dosers to 10ml per day of a & b, having switched to c-balance from B-ionic.

Here are a few actinic shots as of today.
