Submersible return pump and heat

Hello again,

I have:

Cardiff 24
20ish lbs live rock
2ish inches live sand
2 power heads
Aquatic life protein skimmer
Kessil A150 Ocean Blue

I am acing trouble with heat. My tank is constantly 79-81 degrees.

My AC is set to around 73-75 depending on time of day. It's not near any windows.

My theory is that the 10 year old Jabeo wp1500 is the culprit. I have reached down the back of my sump and it runs warm to the touch.

My question is: what is going to be my best brand for reducing efficiency/heat?

Do you think the pump in the protein skimmer could be adding to the heat as

Yeah, I created the post, submitted and then when I came back to check, it kept giving me errors. I tried to delete it, but didn't have that option either.
