Last night the fish was fine, this morning the lights came on, I put mysis in the tank.
As the Koran Angel was feeding I noticed the left eye was cloudy and swollen.
So....leave it in the tank, or quarantine and medicate?

Water parameters are normal.

Epsom salt is often the best cure if the pop-eye is from injury.

First you should try to narrow down what caused it.

Some causes are internal diseases, and some of those are not curable.

It might be possible it just scratched its eye a bit and will heal quickly. Watch it's behavior too and be sure it isn't scratching on rock work. That could be a sign of an external parasite.

There seems to be a little less swelling today.
Still eating and acting normal. So I have left it in the display tank instead of stressing it out by a chase around a 100 gallon tank.
How long should I expect it to take to return to normal?
Should I dose the tank with Melafix?

Melafix is worthless IMO. Just give it time and clean water and it should heal.
