Suggestions for low lighting

My light is a 4ft with 3X150watt HQI [pheonix 14K] and 4 T5s It's mounted with the bulb 10in from the water. And my scape has many levels. Flow is tunze 2X6105s

No idea what the par is. And cant get one to use. But i'm assuming this is less than perfect for high growth. Right now I have a Tri-color and something else I have no idea [green with purple tips]

So what can you recommend for me. Or just what to avoid.
Im intrested in the ORA Bellina ,Oregon Tort ,Green Slimer the Paletta Pink tip.

^This one says that a 250 or 400 would be best for a 30" tank, but if you kept most of your SPS up top, you could do a 250

^ This one says that 19" is about the max for a 150 bulb at 10000k, so if you use the top half of your tank for SPS at 14000k, you should be good.

I cannot say for sure since I use LED's, but I would just put something on the bottom that is usually pretty hardy, if it starts to brown out, move it up, trial and error.

There are certainly variations in hardiness among coral but........ I think of tanks as being hardy and not coral. Coral have a pretty narrow defined set of parameters that they thrive in. So the goal I believe in reefkeeping , is establishing those parameters as best as possible in the tank. The same parameters that get repeated over and over, nitrate, phosphate, alk, mag, ca, etc plus flow and lighting. Your lights most likely will support sps in the top half of your rockscape. Ora Bellini and green slimmer are hardy. Oregon tort and paletta's pink tip can be slow growers. There likely is a sweet spot for coral depending on flow and light. I generally place mine where I think they will look good based on color and shape.
