sump critters

I have tons of ampipods, copapods, isopods, tiny starfish and little snails but I saw something a few nights ago I haven't seen in there before. They look like pieces of thin white thread. When you touch them they retract, so I know they are alive. Are these what I've seen listed as Spagetti worms?

I took a pic but they are too thin for the lens to pick up and 15x zoom just blurs them out.

The spegetti worms that I am familiar with are red/orange
and live in the sand.

I have tons of unidentifiable stuff, worms, strings, little swimming things you can only see at night with a flash light.
