I will start..
What do you feed and how often?
Do you target feed? If so what to what?

this thread is not for lurkers, you look.... you post.... Sunday night rules!

nori everyday

i rotate with rods, flake, or nls pellets every couple of days

and somtimes some cyclopeze

Well, I like to mix it up a lot and have some staples I feed. Hikari mysis shrimp, Rod's food, frozen scallop, frozen krill, frozen shrimp, cyclopeeze, Formula I & Formula II flakes, NLS pellets (all sizes), Spirulina flakes, dried nori, oyster eggs and occasional fish roe. I don't feed all of these everyday, but throughout the week the tank sees most of these.

Frozen Spirulina Brine, Frozen Mises Shrimp, Rod's, Nori, & Spectrum pellets. I feed every other day, mixing up between foods listed.

I feed:
Flakes
Rod's
Seaweed Sheets

I usually feed a little bit of everything on a daily basis. Like a pinky-nail size chunk of Rod's, some flakes, and a piece of SW.
I do that because some fish only eat certain things. I'm looking at you Cardinalfish...

I don't target feed per se, but I will put my hand in the tank with some flakes and put it at the very bottom for my Watchman.
He's slow, and hasn't really figured out in 3 months that he's going to have to move up a bit to get some flakes before they're gone.

i feed rods food, spectrum pellets, cyclopeze, mysis and a mix of flakes different brands. but i really don't like flakes because a lot of it sticks on top and goes straight to the overflows. and i tend to over feed that is why i bought a new skimmer.

I mix ON prime reef and formula 2 flakes and feed the mix and spectrum pellets as a daily staple. Green and purple Noriega every other day. Then throw in some Rod's and mysis a few times a week for variety.

Well that sounds like everything and the sink:beer:

The fish love you, my friend:celeb1:

For all my fish I feed pellets daily with the occasional chunk of thawed mysis. For my anemones I feed about twice a week with mysis, silversides, or scallops as the mood strikes me. I'm trying keep it simple cuz I don't have much of a setup and can't really get around to water changes either so I target feed even though the fish are 3 clowns 2 damsels and an engineer goby.

Anyone use selcon?

and what pellets is everyone using, I always thought that pellets floated and would go down overflows...

I have been trying to remember to soak my NLS pellets in Selcon because my tangs all have HLLE. Problem is I forget to do this more often than not.

I use New Life Spectrum Marine Fish Formula. And when I feed I put it in a small container with tank water and then after it sinks I feed with water and pellets in a turkey baster.

4 different kinds of nori (rotate each day)

Rotate one of these each day as well:
2 different kinds of rods food
Formula 1 flake
mysis

I try to mix it up a little,.Some Rod's and cyclops alternating with PE mysis and Spectrum pellets .The tangs enjoy dried seaweed twice a week... Sorry don't post much just like to read and learn !!!!

I feed NLS pellets and nori daily and I rotate between rods, mysis soaked in selcon and my stripped burrfish and trigger I just feed them whole baby clams from Asian market also soaked in selcon

A Panaboy AND a reefer96 sighting in the same night! Who'd of thunk it?

I use selcon from time to tome when I remember.

I feed 2 cubes of marine cuisine packets every day to the 65 and a mixture of PE mysis, blood worms, and reef plankton to my 30g with my chromis and OSFF. A small squeeze of that mix to my mantis shrimp which isn't as mean as any mantis I've seen. She doesn't like violence too much I guess  i spot feed my pink spotted goby since he developed a fear of coming out in the open for some reason. I throw in some flakes every now and then, but not too often. It kicks my nitrates up more. No skimmer so I gotta keep it clean :D
