survival story

I recently received a beautiful RBTA by mail. the poor thing was dying when I received it. It had a gaping mouth and it was brown, I could even see the guts. 2 days later, the thing is hosting my clowns and found itself a nice spot in my tank. Little did it know the k1 was out to get it! so anyways, I get home from work after a night shift to find my tank cloudy and my nem shredded to pieces. The remainder is fused with the k1. I had to cut it out. It didn't even remotly look like an anemone anymore. I had to operate and cut all the ripped parts away. The foot was intact, but the oral disk just didn't exist anymore; the gut was totally exposed. So I went from a 8" RBTA to a 1.5" blob. It had a dozen tentacles left. I put it back in the tank and after trying to close itself for a day, it disappeared only to reappear a week later(today), all healed up, in the process of making a new mouth and getting a suntan on the rockwork.

These are incledibly though animals, just thought I'd share!
