Is this something the general public will ever see, I.e. vacation rentals or strictly private residence?
lolthis is not required.. rain water will sit on top of the salt water and not mess with salinity. It will just evap off..
Design flaw. I don't see anything being planned to keep rain water from surface entering pool. Once rain water mixes with planting soil or mostly anything else in your yard and drains into the pool you can kiss goodbye any type of beneficial bacteria required for both fresh and salt water systems.
Also what about rain water draining from your roof? I guarentee some of that has to be toxic.
