Thats the one thank you. Any ideas as to where they come from, as the only thing that ive added to the tank recently is an anemone:confused: Is there anywhere with further information on these little fellas?

You have live rock? Or corals/anemones attached to rock? It probably was in a burrow then stayed hidden until it was time to spawn. There's a lot of information available on the web. Do a search for any combination of these terms "nereididae, nereid, epitoke, life history, feeding, food, ecology" and I'm sure you'll find far too much!
