Save yourself major pain by getting FUSION. The customer service is exceptional. My 3yr system was resetting daily until the Neptune people linked into my direct LAN wired set and handled the entire install. FUSION is solid so far and love the customizable pallet interface. Linking in remote is awesome for real control when not in front of your "Baby". No need to be a geek to configure your computer or router either! AND you can individually assign secure remote access to anyone to babysit your system too.
