Swollen mouth?

Swollen mouth on new carpet anemone, so I fed it and the next morning after having the lights on for half an hour, the mouth retracted and it looks full and normal now. Do I need to buy new lights, or just supplement feed it? I have t5s that are just about a year old.

Just relax and let it be. Sometimes it takes awhile before carpets settle in. If you really suspect something is wrong a picture would help. Also, water parameters are important and handy if you can provide them.

Just a side note. I can't believe I beat Todd to this one.

Thanks, I was hoping leaving it would be okay. So far, it looks good, just moving a slight bit onto the sand
