Thank you Chris..... I have made little changes....

As said earlier that I will check door width, so its been done and got 80cm. So if i increase tank height from 60 to 70cm it will give more beautiful look.....

I have decided to use Euro Bracing at the top. but not exactly at the exactly at the top edge, it will be silicone at water level.

I think water level will not prominent the bracing, but if it silicone at the edge it will prominent and will kill Rimless look......

What you guys says..???

The rimless look will be spoiled as you are going to see the braces even if it is below the edge!My opinion anyway

So guys, plan changed....:idea:.... I made little changes. Height is 70cm instead of 60cm. 3cm x 12mm glass braces..... at the top.

I would think that would work just fine - but I'm no expert
After having a 300g split on me I'd oversize everything if nothing else it will provides more surface area for the silicone

I'd go a bit wider on the brace

I have already mentioned in my old thread "my300 gallon Reef in Saudi Arabia" that i am starting new tank and all information will be at new thread.... I think you did not visit my previous thread.......

I used Google 3D sketch up. it's quite simple and nice program...

i wish I could use 15mm. All will be 12mm, 15mm is not available. Waiting for the guy reply from Dubai for 15mm.... let see....,

I think tempered 12mm is strong enough....

As normal 8mm Glass...

* As normal baffles with 5cm destance and 5cm opening from down.
* 22cm space for backup water collection frpm DT without having flood from the sump.
* 20cm space for return pump.
* 4" x 11" two filter socks.
