You may want to consider getting a lid for your quarantine tank, fish tend to jump when in new areas with very little place to hide. It is a great idea though. I hope if works out for you.

Actually I have two bulbs for quarantine. First few days I use Blue color bulb to keep quarantine less bright for new arrival. Once new arrival settle down and starts eating I change blue bulb to day white light.

I keep cover Quarantine tank with same dimension fish net. So there is no chance to jump any single fish from QT.

Five Lyretail Anthias (Pseudanthias squamipinnis) are in QT since last Sunday. They are quite active.
