SYED's 200G Rimless Reef

I have 2 ph probes at 1 inch from each other and even with countless calibrations both are never the same and always and I mean always, reading lower then he 3 ph pens, seneye and test kits. Which all read between 0.1 and 0.2 higher within a day or so after calibrating. So don't get to focused on them they are a nice indication but I would never buffer or dose or anything like that before I check with my other devices.

..... It dose almost 800ML plus Alk in refugium. I noticed the second head of doser, which was connected with Alk container was continuously dripping....

you can tie your doser in with your ph, put a limit of 8.5 to shut off dosing with the apex.

this will help prevent alkalinity overdosing.

I'm sorry to say syedjilani, I did pee just a little bit reading through your play by play of receiving your goods from China!
Had a similar experience with a different type of technology, but all worked out well in the end.

Thanks balljunkie, It's good idea. Since I am adding Kalk through ATO. It is reaching to 8.41 max now a days

For sure I will hock up pH probe with ATO in cause of pH reach 8.5

Sorry, but your quarantine aquarium must never be connected to the main display aquarium or sump in any way. If a new fish arrives with a disease or parasite it will infect your whole system on the first day, even if the fish does not display any outward signs of a problem at first.
