T5 Ballast Question

Just wanted a little feedback on these Deltek F39/T5 ballast.

They are programmed start, so I would assume along with the specification sheet that they are T5 lamp spec ballast.
Planning on building a T5/LED combo fixture. My other choice would be Advance Ballast and have also been looking into ATI Ballast but can't find anyone specs on them.
1000 bulbs is about 10 minutes from where I live so that is why I was also considering the Deltek Ballast along with the specs and for properly driving 39w T5 lamps.
Any info and feedback would be appreciated.

I would stick with a GE or Advance Programmed Start ballast with a 5 year warranty. I could not find a warranty for Deltek ballast? Plus the only review was from someone who had the ballast for a couple weeks

Thanks for your response Alton. Was thinking about trying them out since they were locally available and have what seems like the proper specs for running T5 lamps.
Would you happen to know the GE bin number for the electronic ballast commonly used for F39 T5 lamps?
