T5 or VHO??

Hey guys, I posted my tank in this forum earlier. Here's a full tank shot:

I'm currently running a 96w actinic and 65w 10k PC's. As you can see I'm raising primarily softies and some LPS, and I will stick with those corals. Therefore, I don't want MH. I wouldn't mind keeping a squamosa clam. So the question is should I go with T5's or VHO's?? And what wattage, ballast, etc.

why don't you go with an icecap fluorescent ballast and 4 39 watt (36 inch) bulbs, with seperate parabolic reflectors.
