Tank Depth

My question is how deep (min) do I need my tank to be to breed the smaller size clowns. I would like to try some of Rods Onyx clowns, or just some percs, or ocell. I was thinking of the following possible sizes:

24x24x12 deep. 30 gallons
24x16x16 deep. 26 gallons
16x16x16 deep. 17 gallons

of if necessary

24x24x20 deep. 49 gallons
24x24x16 deep. 40 gallons

Are you asking about the parent tank or the larvae tank?

If you are talking about the parent tank mine starting breeding in my 30.

Larvae tank, I use a 5 gallon

Ocellaris can be bred in a standard 10 gallon as a minimum size.
