This is going to be a somewhat slow process as I am currently refinishing the whole setup I got from a reefer here on Reef Central. I'd been looking for something bigger for the last few months and this popped up for a good price.

I plan on keeping everything simple with this tank with bi-weekly water changes, 2 part dosing, a strong skimmer, good lighting, lots of flow and a refugium. This tank will also be BB with starboard.

Here's what I am planning to run so far, let me know if you guys have any thoughts on any of it.

Skimmer: Reef Octopus Classic 150 SS
Lighting: TBD (possibly a 6X24 ATI Powermodule for one half and a 400w halide running a Radium bulb for the other half)
Flow: Jebao rw15 (2)
Return: Sicce Synca 2.0

Here is the tank the day I picked it up.

The inner seals were pretty shot from what I'm guessing was the work of a magfloat. I decided to reseal the tank since I've already had experience doing it anyway. This picture shows the inner seals cut out and ready for new silicone.

Ready for silicone.

Yeah it might be a little underpowered but I was talking to the guys at Reefraft and they suggested 5x turnover rate through the sump. I'm not sure this pump will even do that since it gets split off into two return lines. I also just realized that I may have to buy another return since I think Im going to keep my cube running till I get this new tank all cycled.

Do you know much about hard plumbing tanks? I'm trying to plan out what I want to do but have very little experience with it.

Yeah I do actually. I work for the water dept and am a plumber on the side =).

My tank is actually hard plumbed herbie style and hard plumbed return totally silent.. If you still have my # give me a ring or shoot me a text I can Def help you out on whatever you need. Pm me if you don't. I'm free usually in the evenings or weekends.

I'd say at least a syncra 3 but I'd do a 4 personally and dial it back if you need to on the intake. I run a 5 on the 105g and after the fittings and head loss it's probably a little over what you were suggested ( I forgot the exact gph but there is a head loss calculator to get you in the ballpark with the rise and # of fittings on rc home page that got me to the pump I chose) and a 1.5 on the reactors. My frag system going in has a 4 ready to be used fwiw probably about 110g capacity when said and done.

Here it is.http://www.reefcentral.com/index.php/head-loss-calculator

Got my Aquamaxx live rock a few days ago from Marine Depot. It's really nice looking rock just hope it doesn't leach too much phosphate. I should be getting my marco flat rocks and cement tuesday so I can get started with the aquascape.

I finished painting my stand yesterday. I still need to do the doors but I'll take care of that once I get it all up and running.

Looks good to me. I like the multi-level slopes. it also has a lot of open room which for my taste is perfect in a reef tank. I also think the small cave on the left side is rather nifty! Nice job Sir :D
