Mine are set at 1000x700 or there abouts before uploading to PB.

I make the pic the size I want before uploading to Photobucket. After uploading, copy the IMG code snippet from Photobucket and paste it into the body of your RC post. Then the pic will show up in your post instead of as an attachment. There's a sticky for this too.
