My pleasure, guys. Thanks for stopping by. I enjoyed the chance to show my tank to people who know what they are looking at.

And the cheese dip was great. :)

Thanks Scott! I loved the short travel time to the mtg too.

Your tank is looking much better. Just a couple thousand more zoas and you'll have your rocks in great shape.

Dang dang dang! I hate to miss cheese dip!

But was it a vat of cheese dip? Vats of cheese dip are the best.

Yep, we all love that cheese dip, more the better. I get out of breath just thinking about it ; )

Hey Art, sorry I didn't catch up with you yesterday... I had to run wedding errands all day and then go over a client's for dinner... I'll try and swing by and leave them on your porch before I leave... LMK if thats ok...

Sounds like it was a great meeting. Sorry I had to miss it. And sorry about the potato salad, haha! I would have had someone else bring it if things hadn't of happened so suddenly. For those that don't know... I had emergency surgery Friday night at 6:00. I couldn't have come to the meeting if I tried. I'm doing better now, so no worries. Just a little bit of recovery and I'll be good to go. I'll definitely be at the next meeting. ;)

4' of gauze is a P I T A....

Awe man, I hope youre not going thru what I went thru in the Navy (3 times!) They gave me morphine the first time to help take the edge off during daily repacking. Lidocane the other times.

What the heck is going on? Somebody tell me...I'm feelin' left out over here. Wisdom teeth?

Lol, Randy. You've got that right.

Mel ~ When my wife went into the hospital in labor, I thought I had broken my tailbone by the time I got there. That was Monday. Wednesday I went to the Dr. to find out what was wrong. He said I had a Pilonidal Cyst. He didn't seem too concerned and seemed very vague and brushed it off. Well by the end of the week, I could barely walk and couldn't even sit down for more than a minute or two. By the next Wednesday, I had to see another Dr. The next Dr. said it was definitely a pilonidal cyst but it was so infected and inflammed that he couldn't even examine it. He said that I should see a surgeon as soon as possible. Two days later I went to see the general surgeon. By that time I was running a fever of 102 degrees and feeling absolutely horrible. He said that there wasn't a chance that we could wait any longer so he told me to go straight to the hospital and get ready for surgery. At 6:00 that evening I was in the OR. By the time he had taken it out, it had abscessed and was about 2" deep. It was almost touching my tailbone. That's where the problem came in. If it had gotten to the bone, it would have gone straight up my back. Definitely don't want an infection there.

After the surgery he told me he wasn't exactly sure what it was. I still haven't heard. The jury is still out, I suppose. I go back and see him in two weeks. Needless to say, this abscess was at the very base of my back, maybe a little lower. Extremely painful. What Randy is talking about... they had to pack the wound, but they didn't stitch or staple it up. They said they wanted to leave it open so that it would heal from the inside out. They packed it with 4 FEET of guaze. It's still extremely painful, but they've got me on 5/500 hydrocodone every 6 hours. Seems to take the edge off somewhat. Shame I have to go back to work on Thursday though. It's going to be at least 6 days before the packing comes out.

At least I can walk now. That's a plus, right? LoL!

Randy, you are right! It's a BIG P I T A! ;)

Ahhhh thanks for sharing....and especially about being so open about it.

You rock. Hope your injury heals sooner rather than later!

So your wife had the baby then?
