Here are some sloppy pictures, they were taken just as the rock work was done so its still a bit cloudy from stirred sand AND my microbubble issue. Ill try to get some more clear pictures after I see if my bubble trap is going to work on the microbubbles in the sump.
I think Melev is having fun....check out his avatar. I didn't write christmas tree though... or if I did,... I'd like to know what kind of medication I was on...Because aparently it works...
ReefSpecialty (an RC Sponsor) sells them with the tempered glass and a black painted finish (outer shell). They are much heavier, being 20 lbs each, but look great. It just costs more to ship them.
Mine were mounted a little over 24 inches off the tank... and they already have salt spatter on the glass... (they were hung about 2 weeks ago) well worth the extra money for the finished pendants.
Ok guys I got brave!!! Added four frags of mother colonies from the 120. Everything has been stable for a few weeks now figured I'd give it a shot. Lights are on a four hour photo period until I get evertything moved over and acclimated.... so... here are some pics...
Blue Mille
Green Hydnophora
Acropora Tenius?
Baby blue digi and green monti (green monti has been in the big tank for over a week and looks good.. better actually He was under T-5's in the fuge before intro in to the 400)
and the bubble traps have worked quite a bit had to give it time i guess. I still have Micro Bubbles that I'm working on a second try fix I'm going to modify the pump intake tube to keep the vorticies from coming to the surface....
Also Ive posted to the macro forums and have gotten a few responses as well as a response from wet web media... ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS IS??!! Its in my 30 gallon fuge on the 120 has been forever.... don't wanna move a nuisance to the big tank though (it never spread in the old system)
