Does it contains any other element? such as Iron? I imagine You aren't worried about contamination because You change 50% water per week with NSW. Do You use the same fertilizer in your home tank?

Do You think algae are a "good thing" granting there is no limitation and granting good growth to corals?

Can You please post a picture of the algae? I couldn't see them in detail in the previous pictures.

It does contain trace amounts of iron and copper, with metals being <.001, i do use it in my own tank however po4 can become problematic if not kept a close eye on.. Algae is a postive thing at the farm as it does consume huge amonts of no3 po4
 
Thank You really much. Sharing Your experience, whose scale is greater than most of common reefer has no price. Most of corals farm take corals from the sea and keep them in their tanks for less days as possible. So they can't give true impressions about the effect of their action. IYou have instead a farm and target to grow corals and to frag them as more as possible, in the most efficient way, with lower loss rate. A coral which is growing is a happy coral. The faster it grows, the healthier it is.

Have You fishes into your farm tanks?

In my tank, I have a small number of fishes I feed with dry pellets till they're full, and I'm adding bicarbonate ammonium.
Is there any advice You can give to me in order to regulate ammonium dose in the future?

I'm surprised nobody asked about the metal sitting beside corals. I assume this has to do with the electrolysis system?

Haha actually no, they just hold the trays in place, we dont use metal for electro as it breaks down fast and leaches god knows what, that pic is of the color up system where frags ready to ship sit, electro is on the grow systems
 
I've liked Australia since Mad Max came out.

On a side note, very cool operation. Any pics of your personal aquarium, or does the day job remove any interest in keeping corals at home?
