The Light has arrived!!!!!!!!!!!!

Though I'd do something a little different and take some shots after the light went in to night mode under the moon lighting. Here are the results.

You can clearly see the Hiller's in this shot.

Needle leather and clam.

Orange, green and daemon eye zoas.

Neon polyp leather and hairy mushroom

Green Star.

Peppermint shrimp and SSG's.

Leather, shroom, and a Hiller from another angle.

I found the Hiller that was over near the green star. It's hiding behind a rock. You can see it clearly at night. It's in the bottom left corner of the green star pic. Kinda pale green like the other two. the 4th one has moved to far down now to see it. The bird nest seems to be doing okay. Polyps are extending and looks okay, color is still very pale pink however. Still would like to have an ORA Pink Stylophora to try in the tank.

Okay update on the light. The tech that I spoke with a couple of months ago when the led went out was spot on when he said I'd probably have to get a new power supply. It's gotten to where every day when I get home from work one of them has stopped working and shut the light off. I called and a new one is being shipped. with the design of the system I just unscrew one side and unplug the other and swap it out so it's not rocket science. I'll get some pics up in a week or two.

It was a defect in some of the capacitors and resistors they were shipped in the earliest models. The same defect that caused the LEDS to fail in the light.

Well something else decided to split in my tank. It would seem branching sponges will split too if one of the "stems" attaches to something else.

I'll have some new pics this week. Everything thing is doing fine. I'm waiting for the anemone to setting down and pick it's new spot. It's been on the move the last 3 days.

Okay finally had a few minutes I could take some quick snaps and upload them. Mom's been in the hospital so didn't have time to get them done before now. Couple ar a little fuzzy but you get the idea.

The branching orange sponge fragged it self again as you can see in the first shot. the SSG's are spreading again and of course I have a outright forest of the green stars going on.

Clickable thumbs of course.

It was that size when I bought it but the bottom 1/2 died off from being out of water for a fraction of a second when bagging so yeah it's grown back out to the size it was when it was put in the tank.

Had some temp problems over the past week with the transition from AC to heat. Got them under control now and added a couple of pieces and will be adding some more in the next day or so from Chris' tank once I get out there and decide what I want. Will take some pics after those adds and posting.

Okay update photos. Didn't make it to Chris' this week but will try and get out there next week. Clickable thumbs as always.

Tree sponge on the left really took a hit with the temp problem. Xenia, flame scallop and SSGS are fine.

There's a hiller at the top center and blue sponge at the bottom.

Neon Green polyp Leather. Frilly mushroom and pulsing Singulara

Neon green spike leather and my clam.

SSG's and a priorie(?sp).

Cespitularia and finger leater.

Long polyped neon green star field.

Yuma Ricordia.

Bigger blue sponge.

I have around 6 frags of this available. They are long polyp green star neon polyps. Each is around 1 inch wide and 2 inches long and unattached. Let me know. Prefer local pickup/delivery. PM for details.

Flame Scallop and sponge on the glass.

Tree sponge has stopped receeding but not growing again. Xenia.

SSG's growing and spreading and small blue sponge no change.

There's a couple of Hillers in this shot hard to see. Leather acting funky this week and Pulsing doing good as well as hairy shrooms.

These are some interesting looking zoas/palys I picked up a comple weeks ago. Yellow with really long fringes on them.

Clam and spiky are doing great.

Another SSG colony.

Cespitulaira (sp) and devil hand doing nicely.

Ricordia.

Larger blue sponge and hiding tomato.

Still need to cut frags off of this if anybody is interested. Really need to trim it bad.
