Tom. Just found out, I have a family reunion with some out of town family members on that day. I'm still going to plan to drop by for about an hour, but wanted to give a heads up if it is useful for you to know.

This next meeting raffle is going to be awesome. We got tons of LE corals and some of them will be for this month's raffle.

Hey guys, It just occured to me we hav'nt had any discussion about food for the meeting. What kind of facilities are available for us at the winery? What would everybody like to eat? Today is already wed......

They have a BBQ and a picnic area so we should be set to bring stuff to grill.

Almost forgot, their is also an oven and stove if anyone need to heat up some stuff

I will set up a grill and inside the office we have a full kitchen. There will be plenty of supplies for cooking. All we need to figure out is what to cook. Do we have an idea of a head count? I will be there, with the fam.

Chris, I will be there with my wife for sure, we might bring along the director of marketing for the Hampton inn to connect with you. I am not sure what the head count is but I think it will be around 20 or more plus you and your family.

Lets coordinate the food and turn this into a party shall we?

I like red wine so I am thinking about bringing a Beef dish.
