not to beat a dead horse here as I know you are doing the best you can. I have 4 pumps and was able to get in on buying the 4 controllers needed in the first round but I can see why some people are a bit upset. It was stated earlier the people who had signed up for the warranty were supposed to get 1st crack at the upgrade. Please take this as it's meant...constructive criticism and not a flame.

Maybe there could be a better notification process on the next round rather than just a posting on a public forum.

How do we get on a list to be notified without checking RC every hour?

You guys seem to be very customer oriented and I appreciate that. I'm not even complaining about lead time. I don't care if it takes another month or 2 (OK maybe I do ), I just want to get in line as soon as possible to I can be assured of getting one whenever you have them available thats all.

they should probably start a (locked) thread now, that will eventually contain the announcement. then everyone who wants to be notified simply subscribes to it, and gets the email when there's a new post in it.

If you subscribe to this thread, you'll receive an e-mail notification whenever someone posts. That would at least alert you to check. Not ideal, but workable. . .

always an upgrade the pumps will still be sold with the regular driver.
