I bet from the post Tim made back on page 12"As for the Sept 1st date. The point was to state that pumps will ship after the beginning of September" that this batch will not ship out to us on the 4th. Sooo there is no way of knowing when the second batch will be ready.
Just try to be cool little dud and groove on who you is. Time will tell if the information we have now is accurate.
BTW: If you need any of those peanuts cracked, I have a fine hand made nut cracker just for you.

Argh, I was getting ready for the new school year (Teacher) and I totally missed this one. I went to AS website and they're sold out! So does that mean I can't participate? If so, I'm upset (since I can't add it to my cart anyway). On the icecap forum, they mentioned something that I had to pay $50 to upgrade my vortech, but then when I PM'd ecotech, they told me to not do anything and wait for a post. And now I'm too late! Is the upgrade ONLY for those who bought it through ASpecialty now? Or am I just out of luck? I wish ecotech just stuck with their initial plan and just took our $50 so we could be on that 'list' for one of these. Maybe I'm just jealous of all the people on this page celebrating!

I'm sure that offer will still stand. The negative backlash would be horrible just to allow the first 100 or how many jumped on the offer. People are on vacation, not part of this forum, or other reasons that wouldn't make it a fair option.
Just be patient and you will get one I'm sure for the same price. Or you could just visit Thrlide and rob him. PM me for his address. Gonna cost you 20 bucks though

Unfortunately we’ve run into a snag in the form of our final government mandated approval to release the Wireless Wave Driver product. While we have product ready to ship at this time, we are legally prevented from doing so while we wait for final approval from the FCC. We had been provided with an expected finish date for this approval that was in-line with our targets, and thus our projected release date to you. However, like everything involving the government, things are taking longer than we expected.
Obviously, we are very upset about this delay and want nothing more than for you all to see the fruits of our labors over the past several months. If anyone who has already pre-purchased their Wireless Wave Driver would like a refund, Aquarium Specialty will be willing to do so. However, you will lose your spot on the waiting list and we have no way to change this.
We ask that you all are patient with us. Our number one priority is to bring you a top-notch product that is unmatched by anything else on the market. Everyone has been so patient over the last several months: we only ask for another week or so more of your patience.
On a separate note, we do plan to get Wireless Wave Drivers into the hands of all customers that want them. However, we are limited by our capacity to manufacture these boards. For those customers who are not scheduled to receive product from the current release- you will get your opportunity, it is only a matter of time.

The FCC regulations do not prevent us from demo-ing our technology. We will have a great display at MACNA, beyond any that we've done before. We're really excited for that weekend to say the least.
