No Giovanni, I found out about this late Friday afternoon and I decided to have somewhat of a vacation before coming online to post this bad news on my day off.

Then why not post it on Friday, get it off your chest and have a even better holiday weekend. I think you should just take responsibility for not having them ready and leave the FCC out of it. No one made you post a ship date.

IF it is true that the FCC is holding you up then you knew the release date was contingent on this approval and that information should have been told to us before you collected over $15,000.00 of our money. I say at the very lease this is VERY POOR business practice, IMO. I realize you are now offering a refund, but that does not make up for the hassle.

I think that refunds should be made and the list should stand as is.

I have it on pretty good authority that you've not purchased the item in question.

This is a sponsored forum.

That means that the sponsor has paid for the area of the board to allow them communicate with customers and potential customers. This is not a regular discussion forum. It is also not an area for you to post derogatory comments about the sponsors products.

If you have a first hand experience with their product that you'd like to share, you're welcome to do so in the Vendor Experiences forum.

Thank you for informing us. I've got two of the pre-orders and wouldn't give my spot in line for anything. I understand your troubles and wish you and your team hurried workings with our Government. Do it right and get them to us as soon as you can. Understandable difficulties arise when you are an early-adopter! Can't Wait!!!

If it's such a short delay why bother going through the refunding?

Are you still planning a demo at Todd's in the near future?
 
I really can not believe how people can be so hostile within mere minutes of each announcement. :rolleyes:

Step away from the keyboard and go work on your tank. I'll pass the time waiting for the upgrade by helping others in their threads.

Thank you for your best wishes. We are very anxious to get through these tedious last steps as quickly as possible and really appreciate your support. The last month has been very intense to say the least.

We felt that it is best to remind our customers that if they do not wish to wait any longer, they can receive a refund. We are very sorry for the delays and only want the best for our customers.

As for the demonstrations, we are locked and loaded for this weekend at Something Phishy. I'll post a thread by Wednesday.

I have had two pumps for over 9 months and have pre-purchased the two wireless drivers. Not sure where your information came from but they are mistaken. If you do not believe me have a look at the photos of my tank in some of my previous post.

My posts was addressed to Tim at EcoTech Marine. I voiced my concern and opinions to Tim, therefor meeting your criteria of communication between Tim (EcoTech Marine) and I (a customer of EcoTech Marine). I made no comment about the products.

From the very beginning you've made demands of us that I've worked very hard to achieve. You've had some good advice and I've followed it regarding notifying our customers about how many units we have available.

If you would like a refund, you can have one. We will not refund every customer without them requesting it. We feel that customers knew this item could ship late, because I posted that when opening this thread. If a customer is not content with our latest news, we will give them a refund. Again, this goes for you as well.

I would appreciate at this time if you would start to talk for yourself and not all customers in general, or simply stop posting to this thread. As you can see by some of the responses here, people are comfortable with the current level of honesty and communication.

I cannot make the product appear at your door any faster than I am already trying to. I am sorry that this is not good enough for you but there is no longer anything that I can do for you beyond what I have offered.

Giovanni - give it a break. There are a ton of things that the release was contigent on. Did you want a detailed listing of each and every one? Stuff happens; especially with the government. What's another week?

In the spirit of Giving it a Break and showing I can be a good guy, how much longer do you need to make good on your promise to deliver the wireless drivers? You tell me how long you need and that is how long I will give it a break. I won't post in this thread or even ask for a refund until that date.

No problem waiting here. I don't see the big issue. Not saying anyone here does it, but reminds me of the college days where people would complain about their dinner at a restaurant just to get something free.

All I personally ask is keep us updated.
