My LFS has a really nice browninsh with purple tip sebae and I already have a rbta hosting 2 occelaris,I'm planning in upgrading to led in the next month from rapid led.
Questions-
1.will the anemone be the same under led's,will led's lack anything the anemonr
Needs I survive or cause it to act different from the move from halide to led other than color?
2.since the clowns are hosted by the rbta and the clowns know what an anemone is for, would I have a higher chance of the sebae hosting the clowns?

Well first off there different types of sebae's, but going off your description I'm guessing a H.crispa.
Those require very strong light, not familiar w/ what rapid puts out.
Aside from that, mixing species of nems can be a problem, and keep in mind crispa max's at about 2 feet in diameter, not sure how big your tank is.
Also a sand bed of at least 3-4" is needed for crispa.
What your occs do is anyones guess.
