Thinking about rescaping........ ***PICS***

As you can see, Im using the PVC method as a home for my O.S., Dexter. But im starting to find it tacky. I was thinking about taking the U-Shaped burrow out of the tank, then using it as a template to build a U shaped cave out of LR........I was thinking about taking pretty much all the LR on the left side of the tank and bashing it up, so that they can be glued together and shaped into a U-burrow.............I would like some other opinios before I carried this out, though..........

Do you not like the perfect round openings, or just the fact that the PVC shows. If it's the PVC itself, I've seen people glue sand or crushed coral on the tube, giving it a more natural look. Might not be what you are looking for, but it wouldn't take much time.

i would leave the pipe in the tank and make it look better or blend like mentioned above. my pipe is a u shape but it is longer in the middle so it fits the tank a bit better and then i glues some rocks to the opening so it looks more real...and of course i am groing some nice coraline algea on the pipe as well so it doesnt bother me at all and my peacock loves it!
