This an ok location for maxima?

Just gota 4" maxima. Its in a deep 28" tank. Withe 250 w hamilton 14k + three 39w T5 (10k, actinic, aquablue +). Ive got the maxima all the way on the bottom of the tank. Halides are 8 inches above the water.

Will this be enough light for the maxima at this depth?

i am going to say it depends on your reflector and where your clam is positioned in terms of bulb position.

Reflectors are old school spider reflectors and the clam is directly under the bulb.

I would move the clam at least half way up. Hami 14ks & spiders are so so for PAR levels.
