Here is the latest thing to test me. I purchased a Magnificent FoxFace around a month ago. He goes thru the QT process just fine, which involves tank transfer and 2 PraziPro treatments. I goto introduce him to my tank by using a social acclimation box. He is in there for 3 days, I observe very little aggression from the existing fish. The Blue Hippo went up and flared at him the first day, but that was it. My pair of Blue Throat triggers didn't have a care in the world about the newcomer. I never saw my Yellow Tang go upto the FoxFace at all. So yesterday I release the FoxFace from the box. Almost right away the Yellow Tang is going after him, tail wiping him and giving hell. That lasts for a bit then stops, the rest of the evening was pretty peaceful. But today the Yellow Tang is trying to kill the FoxFace, mind you, the FoxFace is pretty decent size, 5-6 inches. I notice a couple wounds from the Tangs scalpel, that's is, capture the Yellow Tang and put her in time out
So now the tang is in the acclimation box. Not sure what the next step is? Dunno do I leave the YT in there for let's say a week will there be any difference? Any ideas?
