This Larva Just Exploded Into My Tank

A huge batch of these just got released. I noticed it from across the room because all of a sudden the fish were going crazy, eating as many as they could....a veritable frenzy. At first I thought it might be shrimp but goggled the pics and it's not those. So the question is, what are they?

cant really see but they are probably baby shrimp just released

yeah they look like baby shrimp to me as well. Your fish will probably eat them, free food!

I found some better pics of shrimp larva and yep that's what they are which was my first guess. I have three peppermint shrimp so it makes sense.

oh yea then it def a baby shrimp. They awesome esp when they more active at night time.
