I forgot to mention it, but I think we need something to ID all of us at WTMRAC members. Does everyone have one of our T Shirts? I am planning on wearing mine. It would be nice for our visitors to be able to spot one of us to ask questions, etc. Also, if you have 2 way radios (also know as walkie talkies), it might be nice to bring those. It will make it much easier to contact someone with questions, or when something goes wrong (hopefully not). I also drove by the Agri Center several times over the weekend. I saw large white banners advertising something being held there. My husband can possibly get some larger banners for us to put up at the Walnut Grove and Germantown Pkwy entrance announcing the swap. Malisa, is this allowed? I will bring a BIG black magic marker. I will not be in town with them until Sat AM about 7. Can someone bring some sticks, stakes and rope so we can write on them and put them at the entrances, if allowed?? I wish I could get them to Memphis before Saturday, but will not be in town before then. Anyone coming anywhere near Jackson before then? If not, I can possibly meet someone at the 42 exit about 5:40 most anyday early this week so you can take it back and get it up. It could possibly bring in lots more visitors to the sale. Let me know what you think!!

what do you think would be the best thin to put on there? malisa & i were thinking about the people that has fresh water tanks but would like to go to salt may not know what a frag is, so if it says frag swap that may not bring them in off the streets, now on RC they all know, but could we put something out there saying some thing about saltwater corals see a wide selection demos on site, ask how you can set one up in your home, things like that, just for those who dont know,

September 22,2007 10AM-(do not know the time it ends.)
We do not need to put too much.

Not sur about banner on the road side. I have seen signs the size that are used when you are selling your home. It will be hard to see so should be short and sweet. ( IMO)

If you put club some people may think it is a club thing.

Shirts- I think alot of people have shirts. Mine did not come yet hopefully by Sat. I'll bring my walkies. I might have two sets. I'll check

I saw a rather large banners posted at the Walnut Grove entrance this weekend. It was easily visible to me as I drove down Walnut Grove. Guess you would just have to ask.
I think whatever we have on the sign should say (at the bottom) "sponsored by West Tennessee Marine and Reef Aquarium Club"

You would be more likely to get away with banners on the weekend. Not sure of the offical rule. I'll call Amy on Monday. If it is a banner or anything else yes having sponsered by on there sounds good to me.

another thing, will each seller have zip lock bags for the frags that are sold? what kind are the best to use, i wonder if we could go to a bait store and see how much some of those little coolers are they put worms in, would that work,

Tina, I have about 1000 bags from Uline.com that I will bring to the frag swap. I use them to transport my frags. Don't trust zip lock bags.
