ha psshhhh it's not "daddy may i please have this" it's "grandpa i want it NOW!!!!" lol jk. i just have a very generous grandpa and he likes my tanks and i live with him so he buys most of the stuff for them and i take care of them. i do pay for some of my stufff and usually give him a few hundred or more when i get expensive things and try to pay him back over time.

I am glad the little guy is settling in nicely!
It is nice to see young people obtaining fish that most typically cannot get. But as I am sure you have heard before, count your blessings. Not many are in the position to afford a fish even 1/10th the cost of this fish. You are very blessed and I hope you acknowledge this.
So,,,,, when are we going to get a few updated pictures. We do not care about the algae. Our focus is on the fish, the algae will not be noticed.

ok i went to try and take some pics today and and it turns out my camera is gone. someone stole it. can't trust anyone these days. i'll take some pics with my digital camera but there not going to be the best. all me lenses are gone too. idk when i'll get another camera. maybe next week because my mom is buying one but i won't have any lenses so it won't help. i really don't like some people. -_-

My grandparents had lots of money while I was growing up and they never would have bought me a $1500 fish
And if they had, they would for sure have made sure I knew how to take care of it. If I was having to be asking the basic questions you're asking on the forums they never would have dumped down that kind of money, I'd have to be an expert for them to even consider it.

i ask questions that i sometimes know the answer too but i want to be sure because i didn't want to mess anything up with this fish. but i do really appreciate him.

ha i wish i was kidding. this kid i've known for a long time stayed over and the next morning he left and when i went to take pics everything was gone. and i have no proof but i am 100% positive he took it. but it's w/e i guess. i'll get ics with my other camera today and post them up.

what in the hell does that have anything to do with this thread? The kid said his grandpa hooks him up. Big freakin deal. Don't act like you havent had your own issues. Your thread is full of muck ups. Stuff happens and questions get asked. Just like your thread.

yea ha he's doing great! he comes up to the glass whenever i come near the tank now and begs for food. he seems to love pellets now and eats maybe 10 each feeding and i feed 4-6 times a day. i only feed what he will eat and started doing decent water changes every few days because my nitrates went up ever since i started feeding more. i got most of my LR for my new tank today. =] some nice big pieces. i can't wait to see him in there. also does anyone think he will stop eating again after i transfer tanks? i don't think it would be that stressful.

yea he's doing great. eats everything now. even whole PE mysis. i feed mostly pellets now and mysis 2-3 times a day. looks like he's starting to gain some weight again. and i finally have almost everything for the new tank. all i need is the lights. the tank and chiller get here next week.
