Took my daughter Zoë to Trader Joe’s where I found out they have daily fresh pizza dough in a bag and you just have to stretch/toss it.

My daughter is almost 5 and my son is 2 so making 4 pizzas was pretty wild. Lots of flour and sauce EVERYWHERE.
Thought I’d share.
All of them are about 12”-14” pizzas

First one
Standard NY Style all shredded Mozzarella

Second one
Thicker crust, light sauce, thin sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella balls

Third one
Standard crust, fresh garlic, baby spinach, basil and red peppers, blend of shredded mozzarella and provel.

Standard crust, fresh garlic, baby spinach, yellow onions, shrimp & mozzarella

their crust is pretty good and its only 99 cents a piece for regular or herb crust ... the herb crust is pretty good to.
 
Me and the fiance make pizza from scratch every Thursday night. We make the dough in the bread machine on Wednesday and bake pizzas on Thursday. We used to order form the hut but realized making at home was cheaper and more fun, not to mention healthier. We make a great wheat flour pizza dough.
 
I would never stick to that. I hate making it. At trader joe's they have regular, herb, or wheat.

You talked me into it. I have company coming over tonight so I stopped by and picked up a few crusts. I think I may steal your shrimp pizza idea as well. That looks awesome. Any tips on this using this crust?
 
Got some yesterday, They only had garlic herb. Not the best but was good. Will try again next week for that 100% wheat.
 
plenty of wheat at the clarkson/parkway location, so I bought a wheat, making it tomorrow

made the pizza and it was a way solid unit

I prefer thicker crust, so I think next time I'll buy two crusts and put them together

anyways, I like extra sauce...the sauce I use is (gasp) Schnuck's brand canned sauce for $0.59/can....it is by far my favorite sauce that Ive tried

so the pizza had the sauce, wheat TJ's crust, fresh garlic, pepperoni, spinach, tomatoes, red onions, green onions, mushrooms, mozzarella, parmesan and romano cheese

it was delicious, but like I said, next time is two crusts for sure
