Tomato Clown goes on attack

I was doing some tank maintenance the other night and I guess I got a little too close to the anemone, because my tomato clown started pecking at my hand repeatedly. It was kinda of funny to watch, then I got the idea of feeding him and it was pretty cool. I started out with some flake food in my fingers, and sure enough he came up and grabbed it quickly. So I decided it was time to feed the anemone his weekly snack of shrimp/scallops soaked in selcon. So I took a little piece in my fingers and stuck it by the anemone and Mr. Tomato took the piece and fed it to the anemone (something I hadn't seen it do before this time) All in all it was a pretty cool sight to see. Any one else have any thing like this happen with their clownfish??

Yea I've heard of this happening a lot, and seen it a few times from other people's clowns. I've got a maroon with no anemone, so he's not very territorial, and in another tank I've got a tiny true percula in my 120 who lives in a torch, and he's very docile, not at all territorial.

I have been bitten by my Dejardini Sailfin tang when I had my finger tips in the top of the tank while working deep in the tank with my other hand. He just nipped at the tips of my fingers. Scared the crap out of me though.

My tomato is very territorial. He will go after anyone that gets near his GBTA.

He feeds it everything, including the seaweed I feed the tang.
