tomato clown with blue stripe

hey all, I just bought a new clown...a tomato clown with a beautiful blue stripe. I've never seen one with a blue stripe before so I thought I'd share. Are these things rare at all or have I just never seen one? Either way its gorgeous and I love it.

uncommon i would say, not rare. i seen them before. other types like darwins and some snowflakes and picasso's sometimes get a blue hue to them. but its very striking contrast on a tomato with the blue and red. great pickup. find it a mate. did the store you get it from have another tomato with the blue hue to it? what store did you get it from?

I got it from the hidden reef in levittown. It did have another with a blue strip, but they were in separate tanks and about the same size so I didn't want to risk getting two females. Would it take a plain tomato as a mate you think? Or should I just try to find a small blue stripe?

I would try to get that other one and if it didn't work out then trade it in for a reg one. And reg one will mate fine with it.

I got a touch of OCD with my ADHD and I would go out of my mine trying to get another blue stripe. Hehe.
Could always ask the hidden reef to order you one.
I think tomatoes are totally underrated. They are so colorful. Deep flawless reds. But their attitude does tend to be an issue for some. Hehe
