Too much light?

I have a 150g softie/lps tank.

Growth has been slow and general coloration has been a little "bleached."

I know it can be a million things but......could it be too much light?

3x 175w SE MH with 13K Aqualine bulbs
Plus another 430w in T12 actinics

The tank is 28" tall.

i dont think thats too much, just about right for a lps softie tank.
